Review Process and Strategy

Conference editorial team performs first phase review of every submitted research paper based on timeliness, the interest and importance of the topic, the use of the scientific method, the clarity of presentation and the relevance to Theme/Subthemes. If the research paper is considered suitable to be sent to peer review, it will be reviewed by members of the review panel of conference consisted of international members and/or other specialists of equal repute. These academicians and industry experts are selected on the basis of their expertise and standing in their field. The peer-review process will be double blinded. Peer Reviewers complete a referee report form and provide general comments to the conference Convener both general and specific comments to the author(s). Constructive comments that might help authors to improve their work are passed on anonymously (even if the paper is not ultimately accepted). Revised papers may be subject to further peer review if appropriate. The final decision on acceptability for publication lies with the conference organizing committee. If research paper is not deemed suitable for publication in the proceedings, it may be considered for in-house journal of RDIAS “Effulgence”.
